This place reminds me of my home, eating with family. Our typical meal consists of a meat dish, a vegetable dish, and a soup as a minimum number of dishes.

The below are famous da nang cuisine and is definitely exclusive to the region.

  1. Mi Quang – a type of noodle dish with turmeric, served with shrimp, pork, and vegetables.
  2. Cao Lau – a type of noodle dish made with rice noodles and served with pork, herbs, and bean sprouts.
  3. White Rose – a type of dumpling made with shrimp and translucent tapioca flour skin.
